Natural sandstone is a sedimentary rock made from small grains of minerals like quartz and feldspar. Since time immemorial, little pieces of our earth have been fretted-broken down and bust away by wind and water. Layers are formed when these little pieces settle to bottom of the rivers, lakes and oceans. As the time passes, layers are pressed down more and more until the bottom layers slowly turn into rock.
